Not only are we luckily enough to enjoy the beautiful location that we have in Cornwall but we have helpful and truly friendly staff that make all guests feel welcome throughout their stay.
We are situated minutes from the beautiful golden sands of Carbis bay and St.Ives, with the Tate Gallery, restaurants and interesting shops and streets.
In the immediate vicinity are attractive rural and coastal walks including Hayle estuary with its abundance of bird life, sea and freshwater fishing, golfing, windsurfing and UNA Spa.

Great campsite! This is the second time we have visited and definitely won’t be the last. All staff are fab, we rang last minute for a availability and they were very accommodating, ringing me back. Great price and location for st Ives.
I stayed at Mount Douglas Farm Campsite alone as a solo hiker walking the coastal path - I was welcomed with outstanding hospitality and friendliness, I could not have had a better experience. The showers were hot, the bathrooms spotless and electricity available to charge my devices.

We stayed here August bank holiday for one week and had a great time. The site is lovely and peaceful, the facilities are nice and clean. The location is perfect, it is a short walk to the nearest shop and the bus stop where you can get on a number of buses, we used the coaster to get to St Michaels Mount. Carbis bay beach is about 20 minutes walk. You can get on the train from Carbis Bay or take the coastal path to St Ives. The walk is well worth while to take in the views. Takes around 40 minutes and is hilly. St Ives was very nice but busy. Mount Douglas farm campsite is perfect for a costal tour.
Lovely clean site
Second visit to mount douglas, site is well equipped with friendly helpful staff.
Site has fire pits and use of hook up leads.
Price is also very reasonable compared to many other sites.
Will definitely be returning next year

This campsite is a hidden gem. Phil and Zoe are so welcoming and there is such a lovely, calm atmosphere. The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes walk to the bus stop where you can hop on a bus straight into St Ives.
