We have camped at many camp sites in many locations and Mount Douglas tops them all! Absolute AMAZING camp site! We found the site and Facilities to be spotless at all times, Honestly couldnt fault it just perfect.

We stayed here August bank holiday for one week and had a great time. The site is lovely and peaceful, the facilities are nice and clean. The location is perfect, it is a short walk to the nearest shop and the bus stop where you can get on a number of buses, we used the coaster to get to St Michaels Mount. Carbis bay beach is about 20 minutes walk. You can get on the train from Carbis Bay or take the coastal path to St Ives. The walk is well worth while to take in the views. Takes around 40 minutes and is hilly. St Ives was very nice but busy. Mount Douglas farm campsite is perfect for a costal tour.

They haven’t taken any shortcuts with this campsite, the shower/toilet facilities were always clean and good standard. WiFi you could connect to, and lovely staff. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Mount Douglas Farm Campsite alone as a solo hiker walking the coastal path - I was welcomed with outstanding hospitality and friendliness, I could not have had a better experience. The showers were hot, the bathrooms spotless and electricity available to charge my devices. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay - I definitely hope to return!

A superbly run campsite for those who want a peaceful tranquil experience. Large pitches some with electricity. Hot powerful showers and hair drying/straightening facilities. Washing/ dryer for those who require it as well as onsite toaster, microwave and freezers. Phil, Zoe and their team go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Easy bus service to and from St Ives, less than a ten min walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this site.
