Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend. Clean toilets and showers.
You will have everything you need for camping... Big pitch with electric hook up, WC, shower, fridge, microwave, waste water disposal, washing machine and dryer
This campsite is a hidden gem. Phil and Zoe are so welcoming and there is such a lovely, calm atmosphere. The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes walk to the bus stop where you can hop on a bus straight into St Ives.
They haven’t taken any shortcuts with this campsite, the shower/toilet facilities were always clean and good standard. WiFi you could connect to, and lovely staff. Would highly recommend.
Not long back from our 10 night stay! We come as a family and it’s perfect for us, not at all rowdy like some sites can be. The kids are able to play, adults are able to chill… it’s just such a nice atmosphere across the site and it usually quietens down for around 10pm, which is perfect.
Found this amazing little campsite 3 years ago and I would not go anywhere else now , made to feel so welcome, will keep coming every year no doubt about it
We stayed here August bank holiday for one week and had a great time. The site is lovely and peaceful, the facilities are nice and clean. The location is perfect, it is a short walk to the nearest shop and the bus stop where you can get on a number of buses, we used the coaster to get to St Michaels Mount. Carbis bay beach is about 20 minutes walk. You can get on the train from Carbis Bay or take the coastal path to St Ives. The walk is well worth while to take in the views. Takes around 40 minutes and is hilly. St Ives was very nice but busy. Mount Douglas farm campsite is perfect for a costal tour.
